Meet Jasmin A. Robinson, Esq.

Jasmin A. Robinson, Esq., or Attorney Jas as many call her, is an attorney, author, law school coach, spiritreneur, and wife. Moreover, she is an honors graduate of Mercer University School of Law and Hampton University. Born and raised in Richmond, VA, Attorney Jas knew the legal profession was in her future which manifested as Associate Attorney practicing entrepreneurship law at the Law Office of Dayna Thomas.

Jasmin enjoys entrepreneurship, so it was a perfect fit for her to join Dayna’s firm and assist other entrepreneurs with their business and legal matters. As Dayna’s Associate Attorney, Jasmin handles everything from business entity formation, operating agreements and bylaws, contract drafting, trademark and brand protection, copyright registration, pre-litigation business disputes, client relations, and more.

Jasmin also has a background in family law, as she has practiced as an associate attorney for a family law firm and clerked for Fulton County’s Superior Court, Family Law Division. She also clerked for the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas. Nevertheless, Jasmin realized that transactional law aligned with and supported her passions.

Along with providing legal services, Jasmin founded Jas Talks Law, LLC, a law school admissions consulting brand created to enhance cultural diversity in the legal field. As a result of her efforts, her clients have received well over $700,000.00 in law school scholarships in 2018. Moreover, she is the author of “From Maybe to Yes: Your Law School Personal Statement Workbook.” Jasmin also launched two online courses: the Pre-Law Masterclass and the 1L Success Academy, to assist pre-law and first-year law students.

Jasmin’s favorite book is "The Power of Broke" by Daymond John and it is something she suggests for every entrepreneur to read. In her free time, Jasmin enjoys shopping, watching HGTV, traveling and spending time with her family.
