Non-Disclosure Agreement
is a legal contract between at least two parties that outlines confidential material, knowledge, or information that the parties wish to share with one another for certain purposes, but wish to restrict access to or by third parties. It is a contract through which the parties agree not to disclose information covered by the agreement. An NDA creates a confidential relationship between the parties to protect any type of confidential and proprietary information or trade secrets.

Copyright Assignment Agreement
is a legal contract containing provisions for the transfer of ownership in a copyright from one person or entity to another.  It is commonly used in business to transfer the ownership rights in logos, websites, and other works of authorship created for entrepreneurs by third parties.

Independent Contractor Agreement

governs the relationship between a company and an independent contractor. It helps to eliminate any ambiguities about whether a worker is an employee or an independent contractor. If a worker is characterized as an employee rather than an independent contractor, then the company may be responsible for employment taxes, benefits, overtime pay, and more.
